Education is for everyone
I believe education is for everyone regardless their religion, race or background. With this notion in mind, I would not be prejudice nor bias while imparting the knowledge that I have to them.
English is fun [but also important]
Contrary to what people say, I think English language is fun and not that difficult to learn given one has the motivation to excel in it. Also, it is an important language of knowledge and for communication. I will try to make my students see all that before judging the language itself.
Everything needs practice
I also believe that everything needs practice in order to be almost perfect. Regardless in the subject of Mathematics, Science or even learning a new language. The only difference is the subject matter.
